RENTAL PACKAGES
Celebrations come in all shapes and sizes. To help our customers, we offer a variety of packages to accommodate all sorts of needs. From DIY-style basic venue rentals to hassle-free all-inclusive packages to basic packages, the options cover all bases.
All of our package pricing is based on date, day of the week, number of people, the season. For an exact quote, please contact BLVD. Scheduling a tour is the best way to see all of the rental options and how to customize (there are many).
A few important notes before reading the packages below:

ALL RENTAL PACKAGES are broken down and are priced at two quality levels: STANDARD or DELUXE*

Outside Vendors are Permitted. This includes Caterers and other event professionals.

Customization to packages are allowed. You can change the packages, yes.
*[Deluxe upgrades either Chiavari Chairs, Two-Course Dinners, and Gold Level Decoration Package or all of the above. For Weddings with budgets over 20k, we suggest Diamond Level Decoration package]
